Lateral Foundation Shuttering
Delivery
The foundation sheathing system consists of profiled elements and is delivered as “casings” with installed fixing pipes (ready for installation). The parts have already been prepared for the connection to block foundations by the manufacturer – if required. The elements are marked according to the sheathing plans and can thus be installed by the constructor without problems.
Material
Profiled massive sheet metal s = 0.70 mm
In sheets of up to 2.40 m length (width of a truck)
or according to your specifications.
Height of sheathing up to 1.00 m.
Alternative
Trapeze metal sheet s = 0.60 mm
Profiled perforated metal sheet s = 0.75 mm

Push lower ties into the fixing pipes of the lateral sheathing
Let parts overlap at junctions by approx. 10 cm
Fix edge connection/junction by rivets/self-tapping screws
Installation of the required foundation reinforcement
Push upper ties into the fixing pipes
Fill up the recesses between sheathings and soil
