Sheeting Cases with Trapeze Profile
The so-called block foundation with inserted sheeting allows for a reduction of the depths of excavation pits, and also fort he avoidance of sheeting cases which require expensive sheathing and reinforcement. The insertion of the support into the foundation block provides sufficient interlocking in order to introduce the normal force into the foundation not by pressuere on the tip but by friction of the casing.

Dimensions:
Preferably available inside dimensions from 500 to 1500 mm. Length (height) according to specification. Please note that it may be necessary to increase the dimension for the intrusion
of the part into the unhardened concrete.
Tolerances:
in diameter ± 5mm
in length ± 15 mm
Delivery:
In compliance with customer requests, the shuttering cases are delivered in assembled condition or as folded cases. Cases with cross-sectional dimensions above 650 : 650 and an edge length ratio A : B of 1 : 1,2 are to be equipped with reinforcements by the constructor. Depending on the specific requirements, this reinforcement can already be produced during the assembling of the casing by the manufacturer.
