The so-called bendable pipe demonstrates its advantages when being used with complex parts in walls, ceiling or also in bottom plates with backfill openings for the starter bars and their subsequent backfilling or press fitting. A characteristic feature of this pipe is its profile, which allows for a relatively easy bending of a 90° bend without buckling. This means that the complete cross-section of the pipe remains unchanged, thus guaranteeing that no cavities or other inclusions occur. Parallelly, the pipe has the required longitudinal stiffness, i.e. additional fixing is in general not required.
Cover plates made of steel or plastic are available for almost all dimensions.
